Our most common service level is Outsource where we provide full recordkeeping and reporting services and act as your accounting department. This option allows you to spend less time and money on the administrative requirements of your federal awards while spending more time on what you enjoy the most: research. Our two levels are focused on our do-it-yourselfers who need some review or reassurance related to the ongoing adequacy of their accounting system. Our Monitor service allows us to remotely review your records on a quarterly basis to make sure that the recordkeeping and reporting system is functioning properly. Our next level of service is our Annual service where we prepare or review your annual reporting. Of course, we will customize these levels to meet your specific needs. The bottom line to our services is that you pay for what you need and have the reassurance that there will not be any surprises when you go through accounting system or indirect rate audits. Our three service levels are all fixed-price fees, taking the guesswork out of planning. Custom engagements may be on a time and materials basis depending on the scope of work. OUTSOURCE is our most popular level of service given the piece of mind our client organizations have in outsourcing their bookkeeping and accounting needs and paying for the specific recordkeeping and reporting requirements of doing business with the federal government. With OUTSOURCE, MOKER CPA PC will process all transactions, payroll, labor distribution, grant/contract accounting and administration, business tax returns (if requested), grant/contract closeouts, indirect rate planning, reporting and negotiation, as well as other pre-defined services. With a fixed montly fee and an efficient manner in which to transmit data, clients can focus more time on research rather than administration.

ANNUAL is our year-end level of service where we review the recordkeeping and reporting system annually. Also included in this level of service is indirect rate planning, reporting and negotiation, as well as assistance in grant/contract closeouts. With a fixed annual fee, clients can focus more time on research rather than administration.

MONITOR is our quarterly level of service where our client organization handle the transactional processing on their own, but want to have another set of eyes take a look at how the recordkeeping and reporting system is functioning. On a quarterly basis, MOKER CPA PC will remotely review client transactions, payroll, labor distribution, billings, draw-downs, quarterly reports, etc. to determine the accuracy of data and related reporting and provide a report to the client on the adequacy of the system. Also included in this level of service is indirect rate planning, reporting and negotiation, as well as assistance in grant/contract closeouts. With a fixed quarterly fee, clients can focus more time on research rather than administration.
