We provide this service ABSOLUTELY FREE.

For first-time SBIR/STTR Phase II client organizations and other first-time federal government client-organizations, MOKER CPA PC will assist you with the preparation of your Phase II budget to be included within your proposal, as well as assist you with supporting your pre-award indirect rates. We provide this service on a DEFERRED BILLING basis where you only pay us if you receive the Phase II award. If you later select our OUTSOURCE level of service, we will waive the deferred billing.
